8. BILL COSBY – $400 MILLION
Bill Cosby was once the golden goose. His endorsement of Jell-o Pudding Pops led to $100 million in sales. The Cosby Show used to pay as much as $4 million an episode in syndication, and the series is one of the most popular of all time. Cosby had deals for new shows, specials, and comedy tours, but all of that has fallen through now. While his net worth is currently estimated at $400 million, that is expected to drop soon.
9. SYLVESTER STALLONE – $400 MILLION
Sylvester Stallone is a very rich man who took a very big gamble. He was hard on his luck (he even had to sell his dog) when he started shopping the script for Rocky. As soon as he sold the script, he bought his dog back (for much more than he sold him for). After that, he created two of the most successful movie franchises in history with Rocky and Rambo.
10. CLINT EASTWOOD – $375 MILLION
Clint Eastwood is an icon of Western movies. His first big break came when he was cast in Rawhide. The show ran for six seasons. He is perhaps most widely recognized for his role in Dirty Harry. In his later years, he turned to directing and proved that he was just as good at directing as he was at acting. In fact, his directing has earned him more awards (including two Oscars) than his acting.
